How Termorace Tyre Warmers Are Made
- Realised with fireproof materials and anti-cut, anti-breaking, water repellent fabric trusted to resist oil and fuel.
- The heating resistance is made of carbon fibres covered with a very resistant and thermo-conducive silicone layer, to ensure maximum strength and reliability.
- The resistance is embroidered with fireproof and anti-breaking materials and is transversely positioned so as to optimally heat the side of the tread, the most difficult area to bring to temperature.
- Every panel is made specifically for each size, model and therefore the temperature it will reach in order to guarantee maximum precision.
- Once the temperature is reached it is stabilised thanks to the high precision sensors and safety thermostats.
- A thermal diffuser that evenly distributes the heat throughout the tread (select models).
